Odometer rollback reported 2003 Tacoma

Looking at purchasing a 2003 Tacoma but I see it has a odometer rollback reported, with the service before and after being done at the same Toyota dealership. Should I run from this or could it be some mistake? This is the carfax

Any explanation for the potential rollback on this Carfax history?

Looking to buy a 03 Tacoma, has 3 accidents but for a 20+ year old vehicle I’m not too conferee but planning on getting a PPI anyways. But there is a potential rollback reported by the last owner, on 03/2018 it had 135k miles and on 06/2018 it shows as 121k miles. Whats more puzzling to me is that both these service were done at a Toyota dealership. Should I stay away or are there possible explanations for this? Should I contact the dealership at all?

How bad is this 2003 Tacoma Frame?

Looking to buy a 2003 Tacoma with around 180k miles, I’ve heard of the frames for these being bad. Any idea now how bad this one is? Should I stay clear? Realistically can this last me another 100k+ miles or should I avoid?

Both around the same price $50k, the 25’ has a buyback history but only 2k miles and still has factory warranty remaining. I like the idea that it’s rarely been driven, I know the history, and I’d be keeping it for at least 7 years so resale value isn’t much of a concern. Buyback was related to a wiring issue/BCM causing a brake malfunction error.

On the other hand, the 24’ Raptor has the Blue Ford Advantage warranty , which is nice to have for peace of mind. Has around 30k miles, not sure if that’s high for a Raptor so a little bit nervous on how it was driven, but the warranty is a nice reassurance.

What do you guys think?

Looking to purchase a raptor as my daily. Currently have a rav4, so I know the maintenance will increase, but would appreciate any responses on how much month to month or yearly you guys have spent.

Also, is it safe to assume the rapto( especially the engine/turbos) can last to 200k with regular maintenance? I’m hoping to keep it for 7-10 years and 200k miles, but I’ve read around here how the fact that it’s only a direct injection only means the engine may not last to 200k miles, any truth to this?
