Viet Corner - Vienna

First visit to Viet Corner. The Bun Bo Hue was really good! Will have to try their pho next time.

Hai Duong - Tysons

Stopped by for lunch today. It’s been awhile since I have been here. The broth was a bit bland but everything else was pretty good. Will probably try their BBH on my next visit.

Pho Duong - Centreville

Been a few years but was great to stop by again. Absolutely loaded with meat and the broth was pretty good. Noodles were a bit clumpy but overall really good.

Viet Foods - Eden Center

Viet Foods has opened back up after a remodel. It was good but I like their BBH more personally. Also wish they had Sriracha on the tables as opposed to a little dish.

Pho Sate - Falls Church

One of our top regular shops. Probably the best value as well at $13 for a large bowl of Pho. I usually ask for extra green onions and cilantro on the side or it’s kind of bare.

Nam Viet - Clarendon

First time I came to Nam Viet was early 90’s while in high school. It’s been a couple years since my last visit, but it’s always been excellent. Will be back soon for the BBH.

Pho Thin - Falls Church

Finally made it to Pho Thin. Certainly a very unique Northern style bowl for our area. Thought the inside was nice and pretty packed for a late lunch.
I got the P6 which is Rare Ribeye, Fatty Brisket and Flank. The meat was really good and well portioned. Broth I thought should have been hotter but was decent. The wider noodles were well cooked but personally not my style. Overall a good experience and will be back at somepoint.

Nha Trang - Eden Center

It’s been a couple years since I have stopped by Nha Trang. The BBH broth was decent, a bit more on the sweet side than spicy. Overall a solid bowl. My son said the Pho was pretty good as well. Their staff is super friendly and probably the most attentive of any shop at Eden. My water was topped off at least four times. Will get back to posting Pho next. Anyone lurking feel free to please post your spots!

Pho Sate - Falls Church

We were very close by today so had to stop by one of our favorite shops. Great bowl of flavorful pho and the large is still $13. Also love their very unique little dish of sate sauce.

Hai Duong - Eden Center

Another bowl of pho at Hai Duong. The broth always has a good flavor. But it does come out super hot so any rare cuts are usually pretty cooked by the time it arrives. Not a lot of meat compared to other shops. Still a nice shop and good bowl of pho.
