Stopped in today about 1:30 to give this shop a try.
I guess my biggest take away is the strip mall on the weekend is a complete and total disaster. They have a flea market adjacent and everyone is funneled to one exit point. Getting in wasn’t bad but it took almost a hour to get out of the parking lot.

Anyway decided to try the BBH and got the H1 which is beef shank, tendon, pig's knuckle, blood cake, pork sausage, crab balls. Broth had pretty good flavor and all the ingredients seemed high quality. Everything went together really well and certainly would get again. Probably top 5 I have tried in the area.
I would certainly go back but would be cautious that it wasn’t during the flea market hours.

Late lunch at Truong Tien today. Not my favorite BBH, but it’s always really good and certainly one of a kind in this area. Very different. It’s a smaller bowl but at $14 a nice meal. Also grabbed a banh mi just around the corner at Nhu Lan which is my favorite in Eden center.

Breakfast at 10:00am this morning. It’s been awhile since I had pho for breakfast and really enjoyed it.

Stopped by Kien Giang Quan in the SW mall area of Eden center. Service was actually really good and friendly which is not always the case. I ordered their Pho Tai Bo Vien which I really liked. Their broth is usually on the oily side but had good flavor. Also they served with culantro on the side which not many shops offer. Average on the amount of meat but overall a good bowl at $17. Their BBH is usually always good as well.

Decided to stop by Banh Cuon Saigon for Bun Bo Hue. It’s been a couple years and I was not disappointed. I thought the broth was very good and had a nice slight spice to it. Had everything you would expect in a bowl of BBH. Surprisingly they now also offer Pho Bo Vien now as well. I never remember them offering Pho in the past.

Tam Tam is a new shop inside Viet Gourmet at Eden Center. I guess they have been open a month now. Met u/itsmemang2157 and u/Jdips there. Kinda abit upscale shop with several options. However only chicken pho or vegetarian. Went with the chicken pho and it was pretty good. They serve the wide noodles but went well with it. Maybe the others can give their thoughts.

Let the kids pick today. Was not disappointed. Their typical great bowl of pho all around.

I think Pho Duong probably gives more meat in their bowls than any other shop in the area. Actually pretty impressive.

My favorite chicken pho I have tried. Their sour spicy sauce with Habanero on the side is really good as well.

My favorite pho shop. So good.

Wanted something a bit different so tried Banh Canh Tom Thit at Viet Foods. It was certainly different and pretty good. Basically a much thicker noodle in pork broth with shrimp and pork meat. I thought it should’ve come with more fried onions but overall was happy.

First visit to Viet Corner. The Bun Bo Hue was really good! Will have to try their pho next time.

Stopped by for lunch today. It’s been awhile since I have been here. The broth was a bit bland but everything else was pretty good. Will probably try their BBH on my next visit.

Excellent as always. Pho 75 is so good.

Been a few years but was great to stop by again. Absolutely loaded with meat and the broth was pretty good. Noodles were a bit clumpy but overall really good.

Was close by and decided to stop by Viet House. First visit for us. Staff was really friendly. It was good and it’s also nice trying new places.

Stopped by Teabreak Pho in Sterling for their BBH weekend special. Excellent as always.

Viet Foods has opened back up after a remodel. It was good but I like their BBH more personally. Also wish they had Sriracha on the tables as opposed to a little dish.

One of our top regular shops. Probably the best value as well at $13 for a large bowl of Pho. I usually ask for extra green onions and cilantro on the side or it’s kind of bare.

First time I came to Nam Viet was early 90’s while in high school. It’s been a couple years since my last visit, but it’s always been excellent. Will be back soon for the BBH.
