Airflow is becoming our biggest bottleneck, what did you migrate to ?

We have been on Airflow for about 2 years now (350 DAG, team of 6 data engineers). The scheduler keeps choking, DAG parsing takes forever when someone pushes a change and honeslty maintenaing the infra around it eats more time than writing actual pipelines.

I have looked at Dagster n Perfect but bot still feel very python centric which is part of what's burning us out. Aynone moved to sth fundamentally different ?

Ultimately, my goal is not to make accusations against any individual.

My concern is whether current policies are being applied consistently and whether all employees are competing on a level playing field.

I believe every employee deserves a fair and equal opportunity to earn performance ratings, bonuses, promotions, and career development opportunities under the same rules and standards. I respectfully request that the company review these concerns and provide any clarification it deems appropriate.

Best way to Swap on Phantom Wallet?

Beginner here. First time using Phantom etc. always been a Kraken user.

So for now what Im doing is buying spot SOL on Kraken since rates are better, for now, and swapping them on phantom, but it seems that the fees are imo quite high (4-5% from preview). Is there a way to swap the coins with lower fees?

What's the best way to Stake 32 ETH?

Hi guys, from this insane dip i've sold some stock assets and bought ETH which I plan to hold for at least 3 years without touching it, I know we can stake it and earn passive interests which interests me currently.
