I'm going against the grain here and looking for something *not* super long form or highly investigative but still wild and WTF

I don't have the mental capacity for a deep dive right now but am still looking for something that's captivating and heavy but in a lighter sense (if that makes sense lol). Think Love Trapped in terms of attention grabbing and without the investigative immersion that a higher quality deep dive has. Could be a single episode or full season. Just something that captures my attention but isn't heavy on the heart strings. TYIA!! <3

Impromptu solo trip for Memorial weekend as a first time visitor. Any tips or recs?

I'll (39/F) often take little solo trips around holidays and base my destinations on whichever is most affordable. Philly won this time around! I'll be flying in from Michigan and staying at Apple Hostel. I'm deciding against a car since I've heard the public transport is pretty solid. Any tips for affordable fun/food in the old town area? I'm also curious as to which Septa pass would be best. I'll need transport to and from the airport and then just getting around for the weekend, three nights in total. Bonus points for cool thrift shops/museums/bakeries/cheap eats/nature maybe? TYIA!! <3

Got them for two dollars at a garage sale. The woman’s children who were selling them were in their 70s, if that tells you anything. Never worn, original box but definitely some yellowing from the rubber around the bottom.
