I wonder if there are some bands that just made one good song and then dissapeared. I'm not talking about albums, because there are a lot 9f examples of bands with one good album only.
This is how South Africa looks like in 2026 in my alternate timeline!
This region is split between the big and powerful European states (Namibia, South Africa, Transvaal, Beira, Rhodesia) and the smaller African nations (Botswana, Lesotho, Kwazulu, Gaza, Eswatini).
South Africa and Transvaal are the regional powers and big rivals since the South African War in the late 1910s, between the British and the Central Powers (Netherlands, Germany). After the Peace Treaty of Luxembourg, Namibia, South Africa and Transvaal became indepedent. Close after Rhodesia and Beira became independent. These countries were controlled by the European elites, that opressed the local populations and the migrations from Europe continued. Nowadays, all these countries are lead by European politicians and in Namibia and South Africa whites represent the majority of the population.
The other group of countries are African lead, more traditional and became independent later. These struggle to match th economic power of the European countries, but are stable and African centered.

Welcome again to my alternate history project! This is how the Indian Subcontinent is looking like in 2026!
The British colonizers began losing their power over The Raj earlier in this timeline, so most of the Indian states you see here became independent in the 1930s. There were a lot of conflicts between the rising ethnic states in which The Raj fragmented, this caused a big drop in population, but with time, it was worth it. After stabilising, these states industrialised earllier, developed faster and didn't went through such a drastic overpopulation problem as in our timeline. Today, The Indian States are more developed, more stable, more urbanized and industrialized and they create a common economic zone, sharing the Rupee as their currency (each has a national variant, but the value is the same).
Bharat is the biggest and the most powerful state, having over 200 million inhabitants. Bengalia follows with over 100 million inhabitants, having a close rivalry with their bigger neighbour. Maratha and Punjab are a little under 100 mil. inhabitants, while being serious competitors for the two biggest states in the Indian Subcontinent. The South of India is fragmented into smaller ethnic states, but stable and pretty developed, while the Northern parts are fragmented into small mountainous states (Ladakh, Kashmir, Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Arunachal, Manipur).

Nu ma asteptam sa mi placa, insa parca merg aceste doua stiluri impreuna. In sfarsit lanseaza si Lindemann ceva mai diferit.
