I'm just interested in completing mastersets of kayou naruto base rarity (only collecting s1 and s2 earth scroll atm). The set is quite pricey though, so I don't know if the set is worth collecting unless you are chasing serials.
Would 1 box get me most of the base set?

The payoff we've been waiting for! Jks i really hope gd06 brings the rest of IBO s2 (basically gjallarhorn). The archetype has been sitting in the trash since gd02, along with new UNE and AEUG.
Was thinking this, mainly because Shen was the legend that I was most looking forward to. But even looking at the previous sets, with Jhin, Ivern and renata for example, they all seem overly restrictive with lackluster payoffs compared to other legends who are generically good with powerful sigs.
Is this a game design choice to limit the meta decks each set introduces? To have for fun decks and not have to worry that they may become a balance issue?
