One of the biggest ships that I have built in Starfield

I am no stranger to shipbuilding in Starfield; I've created loads of ships but this one isn't my own creation. The credit for this design goes to Itwav Gamer Helpings, and this is one hell of a ship. The cockpit is the focal point, and one cargo hold is just massive.

There is no teardown for this ship so I had to tear it down in my head and build it up from the bottom which which took me about 25 minutes. I had already had an idea how 97% of the ship was constructed.

I also put my own stamp on this because Intrinity Aseoworks, even with the patch, is still a little temperamental, so I decided not to use it and did my own thing, and it actually looks pretty awesome. Once I started, it was plain sailing it didn't take long and I had 80% of the ship built I've never thought of putting the GravDrive and Reactor between the landing gear, I would normally put them at the rear centre of the ship and then cover them to it is pleasing to the eye.

I actually got to the point where I hit the module threshold of 130 and I knew of two mods by the same mod author that I had in my bookmarks and without them I wouldn't be able to place all the doors. Again a big shout-out to Itwav Gamer Helpings for this credit. This is the second largest ship that I've built in Starfield and believe it or not it has a top speed of 223 with boost it goes up to 770 and surprisingly for a ship this big it has 100% manoeuvring.

I have another build in mind now after completing this one.

Can someone help me identify this ship mod?

This has been driving me crazy for hours, and I used to have this in my library, but I can't find it. It is part of a ship parts mod, but for the life of me, I can't remember the name of the mod. I thought it might be Antares Supplemental, but the mod author renamed it.

I found a screenshot I took from a ship on Reddit, and I asked the creator of the ship where he got this part from. This was eight months ago, and for the life of me, I cannot recall the name of the mod, and I've got a good memory, but I can't even recall this one. You can flip these either way, and I only need one part for my ship design.

Can anyone remember which mod this was from? I had this mod, but then I must have removed the bookmark by accident. It definitely isn't Avontech, or Heavy Industries… I thought it might have been Antares: I've fried my brain trying to remember the mod. If you look at this screenshot I took in January, you can place them back to back.

If someone can identify this mod, I would be so grateful. I've been scouring Bethesda Creations trying to find this mod and they are mainly covers for Habs

PDY is it really worth it…?

Hello fellow ship builders, I would like your opinion on whether or not to install PDY. The main reason why I don't use this is that I really should get past the stigma of having to go through my entire list of ships that I've built, to put all the doors and windows back in again.

That is what puts me off: having to take the Habs out and put all the ladders, doors, and windows in my ships. This is what has been holding me back. But I’ve been told I really need to get past the stigma of putting all the ladders, doors, and windows back in again on every single ship, and I will not regret using PDY. Are they correct? Being called a lazy shipbuilder was the final nail in the coffin, and I should go for it.

I wish that I used the SMSEX mod a lot sooner

I wish that I had used the SMSEX mod a lot sooner rather than later. It would have made ship building so much easier, giving me control over placement and snap and merge. My god, it's made life so much easier. It’s taken me a while to get used to which ones to use, but once your muscle memory has remembered them all, it becomes second nature.

I can now merge parts that I couldn't possibly do before. Also, you can offset them so that you can merge and overlap a lot easier. Dam, I had used this mod a lot sooner. It would have made shipbuilding a lot more creative and easier.

When the dead dance like it's 1999 in Starfield.

I've seen some crazy things happen in games over the past 20 years of gaming, but this one goes straight to #1 in my top 5 or the most crazy things I've seen happen in a game. This has to be a first for me.

Should Bethesda create Naeva’s Revenge DLC

I thought to myself, I've been poring over this idea for several years nosomeevs left many Fleet missions, Kryx’s Legacy, wide open for a DLC, and I thought, why not Naeva’s Revenge with Delgado in prison, and the Crimson Fleet no longer has a base?

What if Naeva Mora gets the remaining Crimson Fleet back together five years after SysDef took down the Crimson Fleet and Naeva and a group of the remaining Crimson Fleet bust Delgado out of prison, and then Delgado goes after all those who were involved in taking down the Crimson Fleet?

I think they should because Naeva Mora slipped past SysDef and she was never caught. So it does indeed have potential.

What do you think? Should Bethesda create a DLC and call it Naeva’s Revenge?

I found Frontier 2.0 on. Random planet.

I just visited a random planet and found a Frontier 2.0 ship that was on a random planet. Nothing special about it, but it comes up with an activity mission to kill the crew and take the ship. And before you ask, you could have just changed the name; no, I didn't just change the name of the ship; it doesn't have the same weapons.

I've only just discovered this after 2 years and 8 months, about isolation. 🤦‍♂️

It’s only taken me 2 years and 8 months to discover this, I have only just discovered that the Isolation perk also includes destroying ships. 🤦‍♂️😂

I thought it was only on land I didn't realise it also meant being alone destroying a ship would also count. I mean the game doesn't really tell you this does it? 🤦‍♂️

Did devs at Betheada put this in Stardield knowing that someone would do this?

I took some Aurora, then boosted the engines, and this happened, and I just happened to catch it at the right moment before the entire ship went cloaked. This only works when you have the schematic clocking installed on your ship.

Open sesame… open the door easily.

I've opened doors like this from day one of Starfield's release. I said to myself, “Surely it can't be that easy.” I got the cutter out and cut the pins. Then I started experimenting with a bottle of gas, and it worked. You can also use a landmine, and it works just as well.

I redesigned the Frontier

This is the Frontier DX6 Class B ship, which just destroyed a Starborn ship. This ship is great in dogfights and can take on almost all the ships. I've maxed out the optimiser of my ship, so everything is maxed out, and this ship is just unstoppable; the firepower is just insane. Those are the Artinis DX90 engines Class B. I merged the GravDrive, Reactor, and engine as one, so there are four engines in total, and it is flat and can outmanoeuvre ships; mobility is 100.

Let there be light…

I thought that I would add a little am I ant lighting to Stardield and Rabbit Starfield lighting makes such a difference. This is the first time I've actually bothered to do the missions.

This makes me LOL every single time that I land on the planet Gagarin. 😂

Every single time that I land on the planet Gagarin, Barrett gets clobbered by the rover. 🤦‍♂️😂😂😂😂

Okay, I know I'm probably going to step on some Starfield fanboys' toes (sorry lads and ladies), but I'm not a massive fan of this rover mainly because it drives at a snail’s pace, and the thrusters burn out too quickly. I cannot wait for someone to mod this so it goes a little faster and the thrusters last a little longer. But what stunned me was that it can do this...

Watch the video…

Because it can do this, it just blew me away. Those beefy tyres and suspension are just insane on this rover which can land on all four wheels is just stunning.

A few weeks ago, I decided to restart Starfield from the very beginning again, for the god knows how many times in three years I've restarted a character after finishing the game, including the explanation. Because of all the changes they made to the game.

I decided to start with a fresh new character and created a new female character who, I might add, turned out to be an absolute stunner. I've done all the Reygin missions and I've got my own office at Ryugin.

I haven't finished the main story yet because I want to play through all the missions with each companion before one of them meets their demise. Currently level 89 XBX and Level 75 PS5. I've been busy at work so gaming is limited at the moment.
