For seven years now, I have used the Waking Up app as an important tool in my meditation practice.

I have managed to keep Sam Harris the meditation teacher/knowledge curator seperate from Sam Harris the public figure (with all his views on culture and current affairs).

After seeing some of his recent shorts on youtube about the situation in Palestine (doing the usual semantics tango on "genocide" or "not genocide"), this has become increasingly more difficult, and I have sought out the guided meditations of other teachers in the app instead.

So, that's how it is. Don't know if there is a point to this post other than expressing the change in my situation and a vague feeling of sadness about this.

I am looking to enhance my Strider Mode experience and I know there is a huge amount of (apparently high quality) fan made content available on the discord group.

Do you have any tips of what material to get?

So, a few weeks ago I saw that Cannibal Corpse would support some Australian (?) band in Oslo in november.. today I tried to find some info about it, but found NOTHING online. Have I dreamt this? Was it cancelled? I'm seriously confused..

I'm currently on a sitcom raid when try to fall asleep and I have plowed through most of the series I watched as a child/teenager in the 90s.

I found out about Wings through some list online, and the strange thing is that I have never heard of it before.

Watching it has given me the strange feeling of nostalgia to something I didn't experience. Or like retroactively creating a new piece for my teenage years.

Anyway, I was a couple of episodes into season 7 when I started to feel that there was something important missing.. then it hit me. Lowell had disappeared! It really made me sad. And I have considerably less enthusiasm for finishing the last two season. He was the heart of the show.
