Odd experience where I kept waking up the last 30 minutes of my sleep, feeling like I wasn’t breathing.

The title basically explains what happened. I just kept waking up like I wasn’t breathing or couldn’t breathe. It really freaked me out. Once I got out of bed, I felt pretty normal other than being shaken up. This never happened to me before. Unfortunately, I have health anxiety that has been formally diagnosed and so I suspect that I’m going to have a very hard time functioning today and trying to sleep tonight due to fear that it will happen again. I also noticed that my chest is burning and I’m coughing so I would imagine that I might have some reflex, but I would find it hard to believe that it would cause this. It felt so real… Like I forgot how to breathe. Has anyone ever experienced this? The cherry on top is that I’m leaving for a trip in two days and so I’m even more anxious because it’s unlikely that a doctor would be able to see me within the next two days where I live. I’m basically scared that if I go to bed tonight, I’m going to forget how to breathe and die.

How to accurately do the visual field test if you have very poor vision (like -10 myopia)?

I went to my eye doctor about six months ago, and I failed the visual field test. And by failing it, I mean that I couldn’t see anything. It was the most stressful test I’ve ever done. They made me look at a dot, and then there were the squiggly lines that would appear but I wouldn’t be able to see most of them. I feel like I couldn’t do well on the test because I was doing it without my glasses and my pupils were dilated. As someone with -10 myopia and -3 astigmatism, these tests are very hard for me to complete without any correction like glasses. Is there anything I can ask for them to accommodate my poor vision? The last test ended with me in tears and a referral to a glaucoma specialist at the hospital, which is tomorrow lol…. I feel I might have done better if things weren’t so blurry!
