Anyone seeing value in AI Shopping Assistants yet?

I’m referring to how Amazon has it now with Alexa on sites.

Its supposed to give users ideas of potential questions about the product, and responds as a conversation.

Why we are looking at this:

Our issue is - most of our pre-purchase questions are sizing and fit, and most of our returns are the same thing. If an assistant on the PDP answered “does this run wide” properly, that’s two problems at once. Customer Support is just a very expensive angle here - because its repititive, but it also seems necessary because its very specific. I wonder if Alexa-like pdp assistant can be a good answer

Anyone running one? Did it move returns, or increase sales?
