I am 18 and I got my second job at a sawmill. I accidentally left a lock on a machine yesterday after finishing my job. I genuinely thought I had all of my locks, I remember counting them and seeing 12. I remember re-energizing machines and everything. But I missed one I guess and left one on a machine leaving it locked out and not re-energized. The supervisor of the other shift called me and I missed the call, I called him back and they didn’t answer me, twice. Am I going to get fired or in serious trouble? I feel so embarrassed and anxious now. I feel so so bad help me
