Fraudulent Charges by FedEx

I just got a notice today that a package I shipped through eBay was charged an extra $10.27 because the weight was wrong. The weight was NOT wrong. It was a small package that contained a purse and it weighed under a pound. They claim it was 10 lbs and charged me as such.

There is no way to get this resolved that does not take a lot of time and convoluted forms.

I will NEVER use FedEx again!

Video Artwork and Meditation Audio by Fr Jay

Well, we have completed Father Jay's first book, "On My Way Home, an Autobiography of a Priest in Today's World".

I truly believe that Father Jay never intended to write books beyond this, so he put a lot of information in this one small book. In the upcoming books, Father Jay elaborates a little bit more about some of these things. But let's first recap the last two chapters of this first book.

In Chapter 43 we learned a lot about father Jay's propensity to interpret his dreams. He would try to interpret them himself and then run his ideas through his spirit guides who would either tell him he was off course or spot on. In fact, in one of his dreams, he thought that the dream was telling him that he was going to leave the priesthood. However, as it turned out, all the other fellow priests that were in that same dream did leave the priesthood and Father Jay remained.

In the same chapter, he also shares some interesting insights that he got from his mother, my great-grandmother, about some of the things that he had been learning at the retreat house. And I believe this is when he really opened up his eyes and decided to question everything and to keep an open mind when it came to a lot of the things he was learning.

This chapter also shows how surprised he was when he learned that a lot of the things he was taught at the seminary were no longer being taught, which just goes to show that the church doctrine and change, which can be quite a shock to the people who think that the doctrine is written in stone. I also love the stories he shares about his time in Germany and how ideas about people can change once we get to know them better.

In the final chapter he talks about how each of us has a path to follow. No one's path is the same as another. We are all seeking the truth and as Jesus had said, "Seek and You Shall Find". And I believe Father Jay did seek and did find the answers he was looking for.

So as we close this first book, I wanted to share some of the artwork that I have images of or that I actually have in my position. And let me add that something to keep in mind that I learned through my research of Father Jay is that in a lot of his artwork, he actually hides images of Jesus and so far I haven't been able to find any clear-cut images, but if you spot anything, please let me know.

I look forward to hearing your opinions. And now let's take a look at some of his art pieces while we listen to one of his meditation tapes.

Stay tuned for Book 2 "Reflections on My Way Home" coming soon!

Book 1 On My Way Home Chapter 43 The Path is Lined With Surprises

Father Jay paid attention to his dreams and was able to interpret them quite well. However, his interpretations were not always exactly what he thought. For example, one very vivid dream caused him to think that maybe he would leave the priesthood, although he had not considered doing so. Read this chapter to learn what REALLY happened.

What are your thoughts on hell? Do you believe God would doom his children to remain there and suffer for eternity? Maybe some beliefs need to be re-examined. See what Fr Jay has to say on this topic and learn more of my great-grandmother's wisdom.

You can listen to each chapter and read along on my LindaHellow.com channel. Here is the direct link to this chapter (and the next): Chapters 43 & 44

Book 1 On My Way Home Chapter 42 The Testimony of Personal Experience

Is personal experience the ultimate teacher?

What we experience is "real" to us. We know what we felt or saw even if it is hard for others to believe or understand.

In this powerful chapter, Fr. Jay bridges the gap between academic theology and raw, personal encounters with the Divine. He reveals why even the great St. Thomas Aquinas called his own masterworks "straw" compared to the light of a mystical experience.

Learning from books or other peoples stories is interesting, and we can certainly learn something, but personal experience opens a whole new world of knowledge to explore.

Learn more about this by reading this chapter and/or listen and read it on my channel at Chapter 42
