I'm moving into a condo; I'll be moving most stuff myself with a friend. Condo required a legit COI with 1m policy. The move would take at most an hour. I'm looking to hire a Man with a Van situation to with an active COI that has 1m under it.
I will run your policy through all the usual online databases to confirm, and you would need to add my condo and condo board as 'Additional Insured.'

I am about to finalize a lease on a unit in this condo building.
Does anyone have any advice suggestions or notes about living here? The apartment is incredible and of course the water views are magical, so I am excited to move in but also just want to know if there is anything important and or fun that I should know about as a new tenant.
Also wondering if the tenant community for this building has any mixers or community boards online where we can all interact. M
