"Strength in the lower back radiates to every other part of the body." - Charles Poliquin
The lower back (lumbar spine & spinal erectors) is not just one muscle group, its more like a force transmission hub between your upper & lower body. Your legs generate force & your upper body receives/stabilizes it. Your lower back is the bridge that stops energy leakage!
If it’s weak ----> force breaks in the middle.

backstory // played an 80ovrs game, won motm, slept & ate like trash. next day went to the gym, thought I was invincible, pulled deadlifts and ended up putting myself in discomfort.
fast forward // shoutout to my physio for the incredible help, recovery has been going well. slowly moving back to previous milestones and beyond, In Shaa Allah
lesson learned: i guess recovery and nutrition aren’t optional
