Hi! New artist here. A bit confused about how image posts and karma restrictions work for art communities?

Hello everyone!

I recently created my account because I want to share my digital drawings and short animated loops on Reddit. I'm aiming to eventually look for commissions in art subreddits. However, I noticed that many communities have strict filters for new accounts. I really want to be a good member of the community and avoid looking like a spammer or a bot.

Could you please give me some advice on: what is the best way for a new artist to share their work without triggering spam filters?

Is it better to upload files directly as an MP4/GIF, or use external links?
