I can’t figure out how to cancel a hold I have on an audiobook, am I missing something or can you not cancel holds? I’m so confused. Thanks in advance.

I updated my bank account for my direct deposited benefits, and I had a payment week in between them verifying my new account/my identity, yada yada. So I received a paper “payment by warrant” in the mail a week later than I would’ve normally received the direct deposited benefits, which is fine - however - HOW DO I CASH THIS THING?

I attempted mobile deposit with my banking app and that didn’t work so I started searching online for n answer and there is no actual answer anywhere so here I am, checking with anyone who has ever received a physical unemployment benefit amount in the mail. I feel like it shouldn’t be this difficult, and I won’t have to deal with this again because I’m never changing my payment method again, but I need to get this money into my bank account, like, a week ago.

Can anyone relate? Advice, help, what do I do? TYA
