i know nothing about scooters or electric bikes so sorry if i sound stupid or ask redundant questions.
i need help choosing a scooter that can make at least 15 miles, but i mean 15 miles in practice not in their technical, and often fake, specs.
My cousin bought a “13 miles range” scooter but the thing only really last 4-5 miles and u have to ride it really slow to even make it last that much. i cannot afford to be scammed like that lmao i’m broke yo
i needy scooter to take me to and from work daily, so it needs to be a reliable one. must i get a scooter with double the range i actually need it for? e.g. if i want to ride 15 miles at 10-20mph or so, do i have to buy a 30 range scooter because they grossly underperform their stated specs? do i have to buy a 20mph one just to be able to ride at 10mph?
i can’t buy a finicky scooter, i have to be at work on time, my GM already hates & is looking for reasons to fire me. i can’t afford to loose my job or go through ($$$) many scooters trying to find the one.
i am willing to spend more money for something that a only have to buy once. help a girl out pls 😭
