Hello everyone

I recently started playing Borderlands 2 with my son, we already finished the story and also our first DLC ( Tiny Tina ) Together and currently at level 37; So we wanted to take down the Ancient Dragons but they are beatin' our asses lol

So I wanted to ask for any gear recommendation to farm and if there is any kind of strat that we could do. My son is playing Zer0 and I'm using Salvador. I have a vague notion about the game, items and kinda about how the stats change with some parts and prefixs but honestly don't know what is better what is not and/or why

So with that, I also don't know much about builds or what could I aim for and my son with our characters.

For starters I read that the shield Neogenator was good against them for the Elemental Resitance, so we farmed two of them that are level 32. For my character, I am using mostly shotguns like Ravager or Coach gun while healing with the Grog Nozzle and some random rocketlauncher for second winds.

My son is also healing with the Grog Nozzle; using The Bee shield (lvl 34) with sniper, he has a Fire Lyudmila and that is. So we want to start the Scarlet Pirates DLC so he can get a Pimpernel which I also read it's pretty good with Zer0.

So that's how we are currently standing, any advice on Weapons, Skills and Classmods we could use would be appreciated and of course strats against them lol

PD: I know we could just farm some levels but I thought the challenge at our current levels would be more fun since we can only play a lot on Fridays and Saturdays. So it's a plan for what I hope it's gonna be a long run :)
