This Made Me Question the State of Modern Shi’a Spaces

Since when did proving one’s loyalty to the teachings of Ahlul Bayt require public cursing as a verification ritual? I genuinely want to understand whether some people now consider this part of Usul al-Din or Furu al-Din, because I have never seen allegiance to Ahlul Bayt reduced to a loyalty test of this nature.

What makes this even more disturbing is that this comes from a well-known “Shia” Discord server. To be honest, seeing this kind of gatekeeping deeply disgusted me as a modern-day Shia. Love and loyalty toward Ahlul Bayt should be reflected through character, intellect, justice, and akhlaq, not forced public displays for validation.

Lonely.. I am so lonely... nobody talks in here.. I am alone 😭 (halp me)

Server is so dead I can hear the echoes of old conversations, and I don't know where to get cool people to join there.

People join… then become silent background lore characters

Please join and say something before I start talking to myself in general chat 😭

Cool people pls join and help a brother out, make this place alive again 🥹
