Starting to get better at it. White rice, black beans, skirt steak(shoulda done carne asada), guacamole, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, sour cream.

I need to make verde salsa, my burritos are filling but pretty bland. Adobo is ok but gets salty if you use too much. Open to suggestions.

Eggs, chicken, guacamole, eggs, black beans, white rice, lettuce, and Chihuahua cheese.

Edit: and sour cream!
