Does this jacket work for SN with large chests?

I love this studio based out of CDMX, but I’m hesitant to spend $400USD on a jacket as a SN with 34DD chest. I want the waist definition, but I don’t want to look top-heavy. Thanks!

Broken vanity/toilet, so tell me what else to update

Budget is $7k USD max. Planning to move within a year, so not looking for a dream bathroom. Like title says, we’ll update the old toilet/broken vanity at least. What else should I consider?
