They’ve been switching around my patch so much. Now this new one I am getting a weird almost like I had an alcoholic drink buzzed feeling. Also severe brain fog and insomnia. It is even worse with the gel.
And anybody else has this?
Would this be low estrogen or high estrogen?
I have been against trying pellets for multiple reasons, but I just am not getting consistent hormones with the patch.
I’m not super into the idea of testosterone. I assume you can’t control this because the pellets already have a certain ratio of oestrogen/testosterone?
The big thing is cost the patches cost me $10 a month
I want a coconut that smells like coconut flakes or coconut cream. Can have marshmallow or sugar or slightly toasted but no other notes.
It’s so hard to find. Everything is either sunscreen or floral.
I guess I’d call them primarily dupe houses but they have some originals.

I have this visceral addictive reaction to Happy Dust by Narcotica- like it makes me so happy I almost feel high. I can’t stop sniffing myself (like a total weirdo).
If anyone tries this I’d love to know how floral it is. I love tea scents but not a fan of floral.

I just switched to Divigel because they could never get the brand of patch that works for me.
It’s only been two days but I immediately feel awful when I apply it - dizzy, shaky, headachy, just bad within like 30 minutes.

So I was on 0.1 mg patch but because I can never get the brand that work for me my provider suggested I try this gel.
It says the dose is 0.1 mg per packet of 1.25.
Does anyone else think that this is equivalent dosage to the 0.1mg patch? My research online has been confusing.
Are you using it morning or night. I already struggled with insomnia.
