I have been feeling disconnected and out of love from my twin flame

We have been stuck and stagnant. It’s like a never ending loop. Nothing is wrong between us yet I feel deeply unsatisfied in our connection. It feels like the other person purposely doesn’t make a room for me in their life, as if they got too comfortable with the access. I am treated good, told that I am loved, shown dreams of building a future together yet nothing is set in motion and I tired of being understanding. I don’t feel like expressing this because I have a lot of times and I admit that the life situations in their life has been tormenting but I also know that if I keep myself stuck here more than I should, I will probably start looking at them as a person who never follows through their words which will ultimately make me lose my respect for them. I am so scared to hurt the other person that now I don’t want to express it as they might feel pressured but all this building inside me is taking me away from them and although I know this could be the best thing in the universe for us, all these negative feelings might ruin them. I am barely able to feel anything these days, I just want to atleast see some forward moment to believe that I am not being taken advantage of, I am not being taken granted and I am not dealt as someone who they would stay because of the connection we have. I just don’t know what stage of a twinflame journey this is but it is extremely confusing and exhausting. Sometimes I feel like I want to give up, bear the pain and move on. I know I am capable to do so, I don’t know what’s keeping me here anymore. If anyone has any suggestions, I am open for them, just make sure you do not thrash me for being a human who is going through a complicated spiritual path while being in a twin flame journey

I feel so numb these days, I don’t know what’s happening

Lights flicker, I see repeated number, I sense things happening before they happen, lights are too bright, yet I feel completely disconnected from everything and everyone, I have no idea what to do, what to feel, what to say to anyone. It’s getting hard to keep working or even eating. I keep crying for no reason, there is so much chaos and I do not know the reason because nothing is wrong.

Maybe the greatest gift of a twin-flame journey isn’t finding your other half. It’s doing so much inner work that you finally realise, you were never half to begin with

There is something deeply beautiful about finding your strength in a twin-flame journey, because, at least as a spiritual framework, it can take you through places within yourself that you may never have willingly explored otherwise.

The strange part is that you may initially think the journey is about finding the other person. Slowly, you realise it is actually about finding yourself.

You are forced to confront your attachment, your fears, your abandonment wounds, your need for reassurance, your expectations, your ego, your control, your inability to let go, and sometimes even the parts of yourself you have spent years avoiding.
And that inner work is not glamorous.

It is sitting with yourself when you desperately want to reach for someone else.

It is learning to distinguish intuition from anxiety.
It is choosing yourself without turning that choice into bitterness.

It is allowing someone to have their own journey without making their choices a reflection of your worth.

It is learning that loving someone deeply doesn’t mean abandoning yourself to keep them.

And perhaps the most powerful transformation happens when you stop asking, When will they come back?, and start asking Who am I becoming through all of this? That’s where strength begins.

You realise that your strength isn’t in being able to hold onto the connection forever. Your strength is in knowing that even if the connection changes, even if the person leaves, even if the story doesn’t unfold the way you imagined, you will still have yourself.

You become less desperate for answers.
Less afraid of separation. Less dependent on someone’s presence to validate what you felt.
You can love someone and still have boundaries.
You can miss someone and still move forward.

You can believe a connection was meaningful without making your entire life revolve around it.

And that’s what makes the inner work so profound.
Because eventually, the journey stops being about union with another person and starts becoming about union with the parts of yourself you abandoned along the way.

Maybe that’s the real gift of the journey—not that someone completes you, but that the experience pushes you so deeply inward that you finally discover:
You were never incomplete.

Since the start of this month I have been feeling overwhelmed

It’s been 4 days. I wake up, plan the day and end up completing only half the work and then I get so exhausted and overwhelmed with these heavy emotions that I shut down. I keep coming back to the now but something buried wants to come out, there is a feeling being caged constantly and the feeling of being wishful that I will come out of this. There is nothing wrong, life is good. Everything is mostly sorted and all I need to do is to keep taking action, but it is becoming so difficult to keep taking action and not become overwhelmed. I have surrendered, I have been truthful, I have always tried to overcome any negative thought towards anyone and look beyond how they appear on the outside. I know I need to keep working on myself but I guess I am having a hard time navigating through the next lesson of life. I feel so clueless yet at peace at the same time. I have no words to explain it.

No one talks about how separation in twin flame journey keeps you exhausted beyond belief

I was never a person to believe in such concepts until I met my twin flame. At first I rejected the idea of this completely but with time things started getting supernatural and I couldn’t deny it anymore. The best part was to know that it really does exist but since then there has been this continuous cycle of being together and then universe drifting us apart temporarily and again bringing us back together. Initially it was extremely hard but with time I realise that the time apart is an opportunity to work and heal ourselves. Still when I am in separation with him, even though I work on myself and I always believe in us, there is this immense depressive feeling of not being with him. It doesn’t make me cry or anything but it parallely exists. I guess I have to work on getting over this feeling, replacing it with something positive, I am looking forward to our ultimate union, yet if someone has any suggestions for this time period I would love to hear some real ideas.
