How do I ask my mom for gender identity therapy without letting her know I'm questioning my gender?
I've been going through a lot lately and I really feel like it would help to get therapy about all this, but I don't want to risk getting a less-than-accepting therapist or dumping all of my issues onto someone who wasn't trained specifically for them.
I think my mom would most likely be fairly supportive if I were to let her know but I'm just not ready to tell her yet.
