Hello everyone!

I’m looking at potentially moving to Montage at Midtown and was wondering if anyone has any experience on what their requirements are in regards to their screening process? I just toured it yesterday and their staff member mentioned income at 3x rent. I clear that by quite a bit but didn’t know if there were any other requirements and would like to know before I hand over the application money.

I’ve had my Metas for about four months. Last weekend, they just… fell apart?

For context, I drive tractor trailers so not a whole lot of physical activities for anything to really happen to the glasses. I came home over the weekend for my home time and forgot my case in the truck, so naturally they died. They were dead for two days. When I charged them back up, I got the speaker notification. Reset them and it went away, but then the microphone didn’t work. At all, for anything. They were only at ~50% so I figured maybe they just needed a full cycle. Nope. No mic and then I realized that it took only about 30 minutes to go from 100% to 20% warning. Charged them back up (maybe it was a fluke?) and when I went to pull them out of my case, the right arm cracked?!

What in the world just happened? I’m not rough on these at all. And they’re my only prescriptions so naturally I try to treat them good or I’d be blind. Now I have to have electrical tape wrapped around the arm or they’ll fall off.

Is there anything I can do about this or am I just screwed?

Parked in one of the last few spots left at this TA. Wake up and guy to my right is right up against his line on my side but still in his spot. Because of this I can’t pull out. I will 100% hit his truck if I do.

Do I wake him up? Or figure it tf out without waking him up?
