Does anyone have any tips on how to grow it’s around my city?
I’ve been messing around with MeshCore lately and thought it could actually be pretty useful around here, especially during hurricane season.
For anyone unfamiliar, it uses small LoRa radios to send messages without relying on cell service, Wi-Fi or internet. The device connects to your phone through Bluetooth, so you just open the MeshCore app and type messages on your phone like you normally would. Your phone sends the message over Bluetooth to the radio, and the radio sends it out over the MeshCore network. BRILLIANT 💡
The more nodes we have around the area, the more useful the network becomes.
Curious if anyone around Winter Garden is already running a node or would be interested in getting one. It would be cool to build out a decent local network instead of everyone waiting until we actually need it.

Every routine becomes a record.
Every commute becomes a timestamp.
Every drive becomes another data point.
Horizon West just joined the flock network.
Today it’s a few cameras on the roads.
Tomorrow it’s shopping centers.
Then neighborhood entrances.
Then parks.
Little by little, it becomes normal.
Until one day, you can’t remember what it was like before every drive left a digital trail.
The scary part isn’t that the cameras are here.
It’s how quickly we stop noticing them.
Is anyone else checking for CIRQA news like an unhealthy number of times a day?
At this point I’ve read every leak, every FCC filing, every Reddit thread, and every article that just repeats the same information. Garmin accidentally leaks it, removes it, trademarks it, retailers leak it… and then nothing
don’t even want another smartwatch. I just want a screenless Garmin device that feeds directly into the Garmin ecosystem without another subscription. If it gives me Body Battery, HRV, recovery, sleep, and training readiness while I wear my mechanical watch during the day, take my money.
Every morning:
Check Garmin rumors.
Search “Garmin CIRQA.”
Open Reddit.
Find no news.
Repeat tomorrow.
Please Garmin… end my suffering and announce the thing already. 😅
Anyone else irrationally hyped, or is it just me?

I was going through some old family bottles and came across this W.L. Weller’s Cabin Still Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (90 proof) bottle. I’m having trouble finding much information on this specific version and was hoping some bourbon historians or collectors here could help.
I’m curious about:
Approximately what year/decade this bottle is from
Whether this is an uncommon or collectible release
Any history behind the Cabin Still brand and its connection to W.L. Weller Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky
Whether the bottle itself has any collector value (even though it’s been opened)
Any other interesting details I’m missing
