New soloist: Rival vs Force spec?

Picking up a new soloist and am trying to decide between rival vs force build. Is the extra $1700 worth it?
If I go rival, I will probably spend $500-$600 to Sep to force levers bc I love my bonus buttons. I am fine with the rest of the rival groupset. I also might sell the reserve 40/44’s and buy a nicer wheelset.
If I go force spec I would probably keep the bike as is. Would have liked to see better hubs on the on the 42/49 that come on the force build but could probably live with the wheels for a while.

Trainer Road to prep for gravel races?

As the title says looking for opinions on trainer road to prep for long gravel races like the 100 mile Big Sugar or 200 mile unbound.

For about a year I have been pretty consistent. 30-35 mile ride twice a week and a longer 45-50 mile ride every weekend. Averaging 100-150 miles a week of mindless riding, mostly zone 2.

I am signed up for the 100 mile Big Sugar in October and thought I would try a structured training plan. After uploading all of my ride data and telling Trainer Road my goal race I was surprised when the training plan it spit out was all 1-ish hour threshold and sweet spot rides.

I want to trust the process but also having a hard time believing that 3-4 hours a week will prep you for an 8 hour race.

MidSouth pic for attention.

BB58 GMT is my go to piece for one watch vacations this summer. What are you traveling with?

To anyone consider swapping bezel inserts.. do it!

It was scary as hell to pop off the bezel on a $6k watch but it was super easy. With only a couple of tools from Amazon I was able to swap the bezel inserts in 5 minutes or so.

Since Tudor refused to give us what we want and slim down the case size on the black bay GMT Pepsi, I had to take matters into my own hands

Not installed. Pepsi insert is just sitting in top of factory bezel for photo

Had fun getting to compare these today. Such a hard choice but I honestly think I prefer the Tudor. The all brushed finish makes it very unique and I think it will age nicely and show less wear. The green really pops. A little more low key compared to the high polish, gloss ceramic bezel and cyclops. I also like the rarity of it as far fewer people will own this Tudor compared to the sub.
