Just the title. I'm not going into my condition, but I was curious if this was something they would do under the right circumstances or if its just completely off the table. Obviously I have a doctor to verify this for the form.

20 year old black and trans student in computer science. I was in the early stages of planning on how to do my masters abroad for a student visa but I stopped to really think about why I wanted to move in the first place.
I was thinking that in some other country I could encounter less racism, no growing anti trans rhetoric, and no rampant individualism. Im not looking for a utopia, but a society where basic decency isnt met with weird looks would be nice. Unfortunately as I do more research into places around the globe, it seems like people at their core are the same everywhere.
Am I wrong and such a place exists? Id like to hear from firsthand accounts if so, If not I'll drop my plans right now and figure out how to survive here.

Ive always felt like Uro's ability had higher potential than Gojo's since its essentially just raw space manipulation, and I randomly had a thought in line with that.
Shouldnt Uro be able to win any domain clash without even using her own domain?
Think about it, domains are almost like a form of space manipulation with how they're essentially a separate dimension cast over the real world. We know from Megumi that domains generally need a proper barrier for the sure hit to work(with sukuna potentially being the exception to this depending on how open domains work). We also know manipulating the barrier of a domain on the fly isnt something most sorcerers can do, and even for Gojo the most he could do was expanding and contracting his domains size.
With all of this in mind if Uro were to contort the barrier of a domain enough that its creator loses control, couldnt she disable a domains sure hit and potentially shatter it entirely? Again Gojo is the only one able to shrink his domain so much, and that was a thing he recently learned how to do. I dont think even he would be able to make a domain barrier twist like a rope or turned inside out, atleast not without a lot of practice.
Hell it might be even simpler, just distorting the space around her could mess with the sure hit effect of a domain. Though the fact domain can bypass infinity may disprove that one, but what do you guys think?
