Does Cistiplast LR or Avene seemingly make others people skin barriers worse?

I damaged my nose skin barrier about 10 weeks ago and and it seemingly is taking ages to heal! I just don't how to protect it enough, I know the Avene cistiplast makes it feels sore the following day especially! Has anyone else found this and what do you do to help recover your barrier on your nose. Any help would be truly amazing. It's still quite tender and gets flaking at times.

Question about retaining heat in tent! Just a thought I had which probably isn't a thing after I had a warmer shirt lived experience.

So, recently I woke up in the middle of the night on a camping trip FREEZING! Now I got myself up and threw q blanket over me and had a tiny handheld electric heater, the type that blows warm air rather than exposed heating elements and god the air trapped inside of the blanket and I was toasty as hell. I am not sure if this was a stupid /dangerous idea. However it got me thinking.

Is there anything I can buy to attach to the roof of the tent inside that will allow for brief periods when I have an electric hook up to turn a heater on to take the tinge out of the god awful cold weather at times that isn't dangerous and that will actually work.

Hopefully this isn't a complete ridiculous question I just am clueless around heat retention in our family tent.

I have the Berghaus Tele star Nightfall 5 if that helps anyone advise.

Mobile signal boost, recomendations or workarounds.

Hey all.

Just wondered if anyone has purchased a mifi router for camping. Most places I have been recently, you can only get a weak 4G signal at best so wondered if there was anyone who had overcome this issue with a new router ofr SIM. I am with ID mobile and my wife is with 3... Right now anyway.

What's should I lay on top of my foldout camping bed so it's a comfy night's sleep?

Bought a double and single camping bed last year! So far we have used air mattresses the thicker ones. Anyway, can anyone recommend a mattress to put on the beds to make them far more comfortable so we don't roll off the edges if one of us moves at night.

Contact Dermatitis & Aircon in office help.

Hi all

Recently I developed contact dermatitis for the second time in the last year! Still trying to figure out what caused it but I am almost positive it was Cien Micellar Water by Lidl. Gradually I feel it burn my skin, it could also have been Dr Jart colour correcting cream but genuinely I have no idea right now.

The first time it was a daily wash in hair treatment.

Anyway, I return to work tomorrow after a week away with the family but I work in an environment that has constant Aircon and it makes my nose itch, pulsate and obviously irritated the hell out of my nose. I can't use Hyaluronic Acid because it just not hydrated enough and I am positive it makes my nose more irrated after a day of having my skin dried out so much. I feel a tad stuck because I can't move away from the aircon unit which is above every desk I am able to use.

I am dreading going back to work because my skin barrier is already at rock bottom and repairing itself a slowly.

Any suggestions would be amazing, I am currently using E45 Dermatitis Relief cream on my nose and it seems to be helping. Albeit I have a red reactive nose anyway!

Whilst I am on the subject has anyone got and tricks to sort the inflammation out a little quicker.

Ps... I am a man in my 40's (not that it should matter) I only recently started skin care in the last year and it's bloody hard work ha! I take my hat off to anyone who has worked out a stable routine.

Thank you for your time.
