Coffee, rain and my favourite spot in my favourite coffee shop. That's all needed today.
You can try their Ramen here. It's too good to be true.

Their special chutney had an excellent taste! Momo was also stuffed properly & the outer part was thin. It was all right until I found they had put black pepper in all over their stuffings which makes it even more spicier. Why? Can't you make another listing for more spicier ones?!
Trip Report: Pangarchulla Peak Trek (Late April)
Just got back from a 6 day push to Pangarchulla Peak. The snow conditions on the upper ridges made it an incredible challenge, but the views of the Garhwal range were absolutely unmatched. Here is a breakdown of the costs, and itinerary for anyone looking to plan this!
>Trip Details & Route:
Dates: 23rd April – 28th April
Duration: 6 Days / 5 Nights
Route: Rishikesh → Joshimath → Tugasi Village → Guling → Khullara → Pangarchulla Summit → Rishikesh.
Terrain: Transitioned from lush green oak and rhododendron forests to heavy residual snow zones near the summit ridge.
Trek Origaniser: The Searching Souls
>Costs & Budget (Per Person)
Total Trek Cost: ₹9,000 (Included local guides, campsite tents, all meals on the trail, and medical/safety support).
Transportation: Rishikesh to Rishikesh (Organized by the Trekking company)
>Transport & Connectivity
Intercity: Took a mix of Train and Bus to reach the main transit hubs.
To Basecamp: Traveled via a shared Traveller from Rishikesh to Joshimath.
>Accommodation & Camp Life
On the Trail: High-altitude alpine tents pitched at beautiful clearings like Khullara. The camp vibes under the stars were incredible, though temperatures dipped significantly at night. It was -3°C.
In transit: Stayed at the Hosteller, Upper Tapovan in Rishikesh before and after the trek to unwind and repack gear.
>Food Highlights & Best Experiences
The trail food was surprisingly excellent and keeping us fueled was a priority, but the cafe hopping before and after the trek in Rishikesh was the perfect bookend to the journey:
Chilli Garlic Noodles at Om Shanti Shanti Cafe (Rishikesh) – Perfect, comforting post-trek meal right by the water.
Shakshouka at Shambala Cafe – A must try if you are winding down in the city.
The Summit Push: The final ridge climb is a steep, exhausting grind, but standing at the top with a clear, massive view of Mt. Dronagiri makes every single step worth it.
Happy Travels! If anyone has questions about the current snow levels, gear requirements, or physical prep, drop a comment below and I'll gladly help out!
