Beware of fake EVOO - Grigoris LEFAS brand

Beware of this fake crap. The container is labeled as Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a nice story about the long standing traditions, region, and olive variety...all bullshit.

There's a recently filed class action lawsuit filed against this company because lab testing shows their "extra virgin olive oil" is actually canola oil:

Snake oil EVOO has globs floating in it?

Has anyone gotten bottles of EVOO that have what look like dark globs of mucus floating around the bottom?

I've previously seen small flecks of olive bits in unfiltered EVOO, but this is different...

Ordering specific test based on LOINC code?

I found a LOINC code ( 48844-5) for the specific B. elizabethae species of Bartonella IgG IFA test, and it says its an active test code, however I can't actually find it offered by any lab company. Any suggestions for how to order a test based off the LOINC code?

My reason for doing this is to get a quantitative antibody titer for this specific species, which is the only species I tested positive for on IGeneX immunoblot. But that immunoblot doesn't give titers or degree of positivity so it seems hard to know what it means, prior infection or chronic infection, especially since symptoms are not obvious. For whatever reason, IGeneX and every other lab I've seen only does PCR and quantitative titers for two other species which I don't have.

How to interpret IGeneX results?

Lyme Immunoblot IgM is negative. Band 41 is +, and all others are negative.

Lyme Immunoblot IgG is negative. Band 41 is ++ and all others are negative.

TBRF Borrelia Immunoblot IgM is negative.

TBRF Borrelia Immunoblot IgG is positive(TBRF). The species B. turicatae is positive, all others are negative.

Babesia Immunoblot IgM and IgG are both negative.

Ehrlichiosis IFA IgM and IgG are both negative.

Anaplasmosis IFA IgM is positive at 40. The reference range says greater than or equal to 40 is an active infection, so it's right at the threshold of positive.

Anaplasmosis IFA IgG is positive at 160. The reference range says greater than or equal to 160 is an active infection, so again it is literally right at the threshold of positive.

Bartonella Immunoblot IgM is negative.

Bartonella Immunoblot IgG is positive. The species B. elizabethae is the only positive species, all others are negative.

Rickettsiosis IFA IgG is negative.

The reason I finally did this test is that I had a bunch of strange symptoms occur after a covid infection 3-4 years ago, and I learned that reactivation of latent pathogens can be a cause of symptoms in some people rather than typical "long covid." So better late than never, I did the tests now. I previously had a reactivation of EBV (tested by whole blood PCR, not antibody titers) shortly after that covid infection, so the theory seems to make sense.

Years ago when this all began, I had a variety of symptoms like tinnitus, a variety of visual issues that I believe fall under the umbrella of visual snow syndrome, foamy urine(with normal kidney tests and no known cause), neuropathic/burning pain in hands and legs, internal vibration sensations, skin mottling on my palms, palpitations, chronic conjunctivitis, seemingly extra visibile veins throughout my body. Currently I still have the foamy urine, the visual snow syndrome issues (although to a less intense degree), ocassional skin mottling(also to a less intense degree), very visible veins throughout my body, and palpitations (which now led me to a finding of mitral valve regurgitation). I also recently have had issues with constipation, but this may be unrelated since it was never an issue before. I have never had any fatigue whatsoever. I have also never felt "sick" at all, in fact I have physically felt pretty great and clear headed outside of these weird symptoms.

What do these tests results mean? Does IgG positivity with IgM negativity actually mean anything other than prior exposure? Can active infections be more definitively tested for? Even my anaplasmosis result seems to be borderline, and I'm not even clear that this particular infection can persist in a latent state and become chronic. Is there additional testing I should do before going down the Lyme rabbit hole? It's so hard to know who to trust in this field since mainstream doctors seem to dismiss it altogether and LLMDs often seem to dance on the line of quack/supplement salesman.

Any other advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for anyone who chimes in.
