Hello I want to convert to a gravel bike. Do you have any pros and cons in doing so? May shops din kayo na ma recommend that can do this around Sta Rosa Laguna? Thank you :)

Has anybody able to build a report from Workers for HCM reporting data source that pulls only the recent certification for a worker? My issue is that historical completions of the certification are already in Workday and my report always gets all the instances of the certification on my report. Wondering if anyone has tried pulling this. Thanks :)
