I am over the weight limit for the kids loft bed I bought. Can I engineer a solution?

I am over the weight limit for the kids loft bed I bought. Can I engineer a solution?

Sorry, inaccurate title.

I just couldn't fit all the context.

I bought a kids loft bed for my micro apartment to save space. It has loads of storage space at the bottom and the bedframe at the top.

But I didn't read the weight limits. It can only bare 250lbs. I'm 135 lbs. I'm a 5'2 which makes this size bed manageable for me. The mattress is 80lbs. I'm guessing sheets, blankets and pillows will be an extra 20-30lbs.

How do I add support so I don't fall through the bed and die?

This is the bed

Not on actual BS, but on conveniences.

  • healthier prepped foods

  • ubers so i'm not late to work

  • I just used my first laundry service.

  • thinking of getting a maid.

My meds have not been working as well lately. so i've been struggling quite a bit. i'm not rich but i'm doing better than i have been in a long time. I'll be getting a small tax rebate and did a little extra overtime - I won't even notice this hit financially. Hopefully I can maintain better instead of constantly trying to play catch up.

I've got way too much laundry, and no washer dryer. Work has been super busy lately and I've been getting more overtime.

I have almost no days for 2 months off work except for dates I've got medical appointments. I don't have time to go to the laundromat and don't have a car that would make it easier.

I've got normal business casual and casual clothes to wash. Hoping there's a service that can pick up, clean and fold, and then drop my clothes off back at home while I'm at work. I don't make a lot of money but I suspect it'll cost less than I'd earn doing overtime.

The reason I'm asking for personal recommendations is because the prices are very hard to determine by price shopping on Google because it's by weight usually.
