I don't know if I'm using the right flange

I'm currently using the Medela Motion inbra pumps (am getting a wall pump, it's arriving next week) and I can't see inside the pump super well, the only thing I can see is my nipple slightly and the milk flow.

I had my nipples measured by a lactation consultant and it came out to 13mm so I used a 15mm flange. Well I was pumping away a few days ago, noticed when I took the pump off I had some chaffing on my nip nops. So i grabbed my nipple measure and re measured (I waited until my nipples weren't swollen) I came out to 17mm so I looked up a guide online and it said I should use a 19mm flange. So I've been using that today but I think it's too big? I've noticed when I take the pump off my areola is really wet with breast milk, which is making me think it's pulling my areola in. I just don't know, and I can't see inside the pump to check.

I'm not producing much and I'm going insane

I'm on day 3 of pumping, and my transitional milk has come in but I've only produced about 14 millilitres and I'm feeling pretty discouraged. My family is telling me to give up and just use formula.

But I want to use breast milk, (nothing wrong with formula, I just wanna be able to produce my own milk yk) I don't wanna have to keep using formula. I just feel pretty beaten down. Is it normal to produce so little? I'm not sure. My family keeps telling me that it isn't, and by now I should be producing ounces. Im just so lost.

Is this good for the first day?

I've stated today, around 1pm. I've pumped 4 times I think. Every 2 hours, for 20 minutes. I've gotten clear liquid, it's just drops but I'm assuming it's colostrum

First pump: nothing but some sticky residue on my nipple.

Second pump: got some out of left boob, big drop, smaller than a 5 cent Aussie coin, and nothing out the right liquid wise but did get some crusted bits (I'm assuming it's dried colostrum, at least that's what google says, also pick attached is the what came out of my left boob, just for this second pump, I forgot to take a pic of the fourth one)

Third pump: nothing out of both breasts but got dried bits on my nipple.

Fourth pump: nothing out of left but got a decent bit out of the right, I would say slightly more than my left, maybe 5 cent Aussie coin worth, maybe a bit more.

Is this good for the first day? I'm not sure. My mum said it's poor and not great so I'm asking here.

Edit: pumps I am using are medela motion in bra pumps. I was given them for free and can not afford different pumps.

Is this good for the first day? (THIS POST MENTIONS LOST)

I won't go into details but I lost my baby at 19 weeks, 6 days (basically 20 weeks) and I have chosen to pump..
