Our Laysara is SHIPPING.... FINALLY!
Hi all,
today was a today was a milestone-y day for us, our first ever physical edition actually shipped to people's homes!
It's wild. For months it was just negotiating with manufacturers, trying to hold them to our quality standards, mountains of prototypes (I still have 50 rejected prototype yaks staring at me from my desk), endless optimization, obsessing over tiny details, and dealing with shipping delays and other things completely outside our control.
But we figured it out, built the right contacts, learned a ton, and hopefully the next release will be a little less chaotic.
It's honestly still a bit hard to process that this thing is finally real. I keep refreshing the shipping tracker even though I know nothing could possibly change in the last two minutes.
Feels pretty awesome, not gonna lie. ^-^
If you happened to order one, could you drop a photo in the replies? I'm refreshing Reddit every five minutes hoping someone posts one. 😅
