Seeking vet recs for my fearful pup after being attacked by a dog in June

Hi all, I am hoping someone can help with tips on places that might help my dog in a few fronts.

I just moved here and want to establish care somewhere eventually but I am looking to take my dog somewhere asap. She was hurt by a dog who ran up on us unleashed and attacked her from the back as she was leashed. She has sadly been hurt by a dog before and has normally rebounded faster but this was a month and a half ago and she still seems impacted. She is scared of all animals both big and small - I’m talking the tiniest squirrel or even a friendly dog she’s just over it I guess. If she’s in the car she loses it barking. If she sees a dog running on TV she loses it. She’s just over 4 years old and was nervous when I first rescued her at 6 months but I got her through that. it’s gotten to the point where I need help. I only take her out for potty breaks right now and don’t have her around any dogs but it’s taking a toll on an already stressful time! She used to love hanging out with her dog friends at the park but I think it’s just everything with the transition as well. I don’t know if medicine or something might help. She’s a GSP/lab mix around 80 lb with crazy strength.

I’d also like to get her teeth cleaned for the first time. Ideally it would be low cost. Any tips on that would be helpful. She’s absolutely great with humans and loves them (known as the affection monster with my friends). So that wouldn’t be an issue with a vet.

Beauty recs - brows, hair, nails, face etc!

Hi ladies! I just moved to North Seattle on Wednesday and I’m so excited to start putting down some roots and find quality providers.

My first stop is brow threading - I just moved from an area where there were zero threaders for hours (the locals thought it was illegal to do (??? 🤣)) and would love a good tip. I’m doing a sublet to start here but open to finding quality providers in north Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond and then downtown.

I’ll also eventually want to find a good hairstylist for brunettes, mid range on cost, I just started doing a root touch up and solid cut 1-2x a year. I’d consider “mid range” to be $80-120 for the haircut itself.

Would also love facial balancing recommendations and medical/cosmetic tox injectors, preferably an RN/NP with a love for aesthetics. 🤍🤍 And microneedling! I found a few that seem great but a lot are booking far out so any tips are still recommended.

Korean lash lifts?! Never done one but it’s on my wish list!

And finally nails!! Gel tips and pedicures. I don’t get my nails done as often anymore but I’d like to know where to go when I do.

This one is a long shot but…. Anyone have tips of a good orthopedic and plastic surgeons?

  1. like THE BEST ortho hand surgeon in the area, one that can handle crushing injuries
  2. a board certified reconstructive plastic surgeon for a non healing hematoma on my hip thats been super unsightly.
  3. Now that I’m closer to quality medical care I’d love to know where to look. Function is most important but aesthetic matters too. It sucks that Avery at Grey/Sloan is no longer taking patients … 🥲🤭😉

Gosh that sounds like a lot now lol but thank you ladies!
