July Madness(?) - Which US state has the best standard-issued plate design?
Hey folks,
Slow day before the holiday weekend, and wanted to scout out interest in an idea I’ve had. I’ve seen a lot of other subs do “March Madness”-style competitions, but haven’t seen anyone try something like that with license plates. Which state (or DC!) has the best looking standard-issued plate design? If people are interested, I’m proposing a competition to find out. Starting with a randomly-seeded bracket of all 51 entries (19 matchups in the first round and 13 lucky byes skipping to the round of 32), then round of 32, sweet 16, etc. with folks voting via poll or comment (happy to take suggestions on voting mechanics).
Thoughts? Opinions? Complaints? If it seems like there’s enough interest I can release a bracket tomorrow and start matchups next week!
