Ahhhh, I’m so excited! I realllllly wanted the gold bottles. They had them for all 3 of my loves (FdP EDP, Orpheon EDP, and L’eau Papier) but since I JUST bought full bottles of the other two, I decided to only grab L’eau Papier for now.

My other exciting find was the travel sized assortment of EDPs. I am almost out of my FdP and Orpheon travel sizes and they didn’t carry them anymore when I went back to repurchase. WIN!

I only went to one store today BUT I am very pleased with my haul. 🥰 I missed the Snowflakes & Cashmere candles online. I had it in my cart and by the time I checked out, it said it was out of stock.

I was SO HAPPY to see it in store today. It was the only one there tooooo!

Inner Angel, My Signature EDP, and the Vanilla Ease minis were all in the 75% off bins!

I blacked out and bought wayyyyy too much today. I visited all 3 of my local stores. The one I thought would have the most (the mall location) had nothing that wasn’t the same stuff everywhere else and online. No random 75% off stuff or $7.99 candles that were Christmas or Fall 😭

BUT I went to the two standalones and got some of what I was hoping for!

This is in addition to my online order of more Vanilla Ease, Rainkissed Leaves everything, and Black Amethyst everything and I DID land a Snowflakes & Cashmere candle somehow before they sold out. 😍

What I *really, really* wanted was Black Tie and Black Teakwood candles but they were already sold out before the “start time” of the preview sale release, which ended up being too late.

I just need to tell someone who will actually care. 🫠🤣

I got a decant of Lilyphea yesterday. I sprayed it on a paper strip and the opening smelled like straight lily pads in a pond (which I didn’t hate).

BUTTTTT the drydown was magical… and familiar. At first, I couldn’t put my finger on it. I sprayed it on my wrist too at this point. And thennnnn I finally figured it out.

The Healing Garden White Tea. Does anyone remember this stuff? I wore it when I was like 17 (2003/2004).

I was transported boiiiiiii. It smells like what I remember of this one. I’m a Lilyphea fangirl now too. As if it needed more.

I have recently become obsessed with Diptyque’s Orpheon and Fleur de Peau EDPs. I usually have an easy time pairing my perfumes with a B&BW lotion/cream, but these two are escaping me. I’m thinking one of the musks for FdP but not sure which one and I’m at a loss for Orpheon.

What do you guys think?

Doesn’t need to match exactly obviously, just whatever would complement it best.

Xtra Milk is just sosososooso good. I wish it stuck around longer, but I spray it on my skin and my clothes when I’m first getting out of the shower and dressed and then once I do everything else and get ready to leave the house, I put my ACTUAL perfume for the day on. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This one doesn’t count as perfume. It’s just me. My smell.

Luckily, the new bottle arrived today just in time for the last spritz of this one after my shower.

I feel like I'm a bit all over the place with my collection over the years.

I put these in order of how often I wear them. Gucci Rush 2 was my signature scent for 20 years. That being discontinued (and eventually out of stock on FragranceNet/Jomashop) was the reason I embarked on my fragrance journey. Now, even though I found a bottle, it barely gets touched because I've found so many I love even more! Now it's just a nostalgic smell that I spritz on occasionally for a date night or something since I wore it the first 13 years of my marriage :)

Are there any others you think I would love?

(Note: I LOVE BR540, but it pulls the bandaid/latex gloves smell when it dries down on me, that's the only reason it's so low)

Just got the email directly from DCL. Here are the new gifts!

I try realllllly hard not to place Sephora orders unless there are fragrance samples as one of the offer codes and preferably ALSO when there are 2 perfume samples in the samples selection. I hit the jackpot last week when I went to order moisturizer and saw one of the codes was for a whole bag of samples. 🥰 Sharing the wealth. (Paper and one of the Beach Walks were the normal 2 samples, the rest were in the bag.)

This is how my candle came 🤣 It’s fine and able to be flipped and used… but WHATTTTT happened?!

I went to TJMaxx yesterday for something else and came home with this display instead. 🥰
