7 YOE as SAP. Accenture counter offer after Capgemini ₹15L fixed?

Hello all , I need advice on offer negotiation please help me !

I have 7 YOE in SAP functional consultant
With 2.5 year in support and at my current organisation I am working in Projects 2-3 Implementation Rollout since 2022.

Current: ₹10.7 LPA CTC / ₹9.6L fixed
I got only 28% hike offer from
Accenture: ₹14.7L CTC — ₹12.15L fixed + 21% variable, where I was not happy so now I have cleared both the rounds of
Cap Gemini: ₹15L fixed, no variable (currently pending business approval)
I prefer Accenture because of the location and 1 day/week WFO, which is more suitable for me as I have a baby. But offer is not so attractive ,
If I show Capgemini’s ₹15L fixed offer to Accenture, what counter can I realistically expect?
I’m thinking of asking for atleast 17L fixed + 21% variable. Is that realistic for 7 YOE SAP?
Also, has anyone recently received an Accenture counter offer in a similar situation? How much % hike did they get?

I tried convincing cap Gemini and Accenture to increase but the HR WAS so rigid and as my current fixed is 9.6 they did not give me much hike 🥲

Need advice on Accenture ML10 offer negotiation (SAP, 7 YOE)

Hi everyone,
I have received an offer from Accenture for Management Level 10 as an SAP Consultant with 7 years of experience.
Current compensation:
Current Fixed CTC: ₹9.66 LPA
Current Variable: ~21%
Accenture offer:
Fixed CTC: ₹12.15 LPA
Variable: 21%
I was expecting a better hike considering my experience, but HR says they are not able to increase it further.
I wanted to understand:
Is ₹12.15 LPA fixed reasonable for an ML10 SAP consultant with 7 years of experience?
What would be a realistic counter offer to ask for without risking the offer?
Has anyone recently negotiated an Accenture ML10 offer successfully? If yes, how much additional hike were you able to get?Any recent experiences or suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks!
