I have a couple clues. First the power supply was always odd had to unplug and let it sit for a few minutes to run a second cycle. Also I’m an idiot and don’t realize there is a second back filter cage so after 4 years it was packed with dirt.

Do I bring to a dealer to troubleshoot, buy a power supply as a high probability problem hope it fixes, or scrap it and start with a new one?

As this sub is reviewed by Stamford town people, can someone tell me who owns the land outside the black line and between the street. This is a private association and the land between sidewalk and street ownership is in question. Does the town or association own it as it’s outside the home owners tax parcel. Thank you!!

Our neighbor hood has these silver maples everywhere are our neighbors came down. He’s asking did the storm do some of the expensive work for us? Will they save any money as half it’s down to take down the rest? He got lucky w the drop zone. Obviously need to take the rest down asap right?

Hit gas instead of brake and a Tesla ends up in a CT pool. Interesting it’s a Tesla and not a gas engine. Is the water just ok? With a gas vehicle I think you would have more issues.

Cleaned my trex style deck which about 10 years old (unsure about actual brand came w house) with deck max and it worked well but still has a weathered look. Would rust oleum composite deck refresh help here (pic 2)?

After going down a rabbit hole and running awning options through AI settled on the Awntech Key West 18x10 automatic with cover and wind gauge for $3,100. It was DIY heavy but manageable to hang brackets solo and lift in place with one other person (bit sketchy at 190 pounds). Great value for the $!! Installing higher end Emitever COB lighting for around $260 next.
