Jumping between 5x5 and Hypertrophy

I've done 5x5 for years and overall enjoy the structure of the program. A few months ago I switched to do more hypertrophy training (3 sets of 10). The dynamic changed, the breaks are shorter and I overall don't feel stronger. The motivation was 1) to not plateau purely in 5x5 based training and 2) more muscle.

But overall I feel like it's not really worth it.

Has anyone else cycled between the two programs? Or do you all stick with 5x5 until you get bored?

Pico sizsed model that is overfitted for some basic sentences?

So I wanna construct a model that has about a 100 sentences within it encoded as tokens/embeddings, but the inference of the model basically guarantees that the 100 training sentences effectively map out to what their training values are. Long story short, it's like a chain of hash map lookups where the weights always direct the next token to be the actual next word that it was used to train on.

The end result of the model would mean that it's pico sized (like a few megabytes if even that).

This is more of a thought exercise so I can test out some ideas. I could of course code something like this, but I wanna see if I can abuse how a model works for this naive idea I have.

Thoughts?

oh-my-pi + openrouter + deepseek v4 flash

Just wanted to know if anyone has been putting in the work to make `oh-my-pi` their standard coding / agent harness? At first I thought that using the harness outside of a standard claude code setup was a waste of money (since the Claude Code subscription does the job and you don't need to worry about tokens as much), but once I connected deepseek V4 Flash as my baseline model for the harness, I'm averaging easily a few cents per large request. This could easily power my model use for the entire month for like $10.

Once I jump into coding territory, I switch models or just use Claude, but this setup with `oh-my-pi` as my general TUI experience is amazing. Also the fact that it supports web searching without the need to connect any plugins is incredible (exa search works great).

Anyone have similar experiences to share?

Any idea what’s going on with the upper foot paw pad

Not exactly sure what’s going on here, perhaps it’s something serious or just a quirk of Samoyeds, but on both front paws of my dog there’s a cluster of white growth on the upper pad area. No bleeding or any liquid/pus, but it does look strange. The dog is just 9 months old. Female. Dog seems to be normal, but maybe less energetic than usual.

Posted as NSFW just incase.

Any help is welcome. Thank you.
