Looking for Rentals in Park Slope or Windsor Terrace - Fall Edition.

We love our apartment here but our landlord has decided to relocate into it. A real bummer. Looking at streeteasy is really driving home just how much of a bummer it is. So much so I've decided to make this post knowing full well many will respond telling me to go look at streeteasy, to not spam the sub, etc etc. Yes yes. so sorry. I would like to still live in the neighborhood, as it's awesome and my kid is starting daycare in September. So, uh, yeah. Looking for a 2br. The budget you ask? Idk man. I can go highish. We need to move around Nov 15. I wasn't expecting to have to look for an apartment so I don't know how much the rental scene has changed in the post brokerage fee era. So if anyone knows a place coming up that is for some magical reason not going to be listed or you want to avoid listing fees (Is this even a thing?) Please reach out.

Sorry for being annoying. I just want to live here. Apologies!

What’s it like renting in… Windsor Terrace?

Based on its very dead subreddit, I’m guessing it’s a pretty quiet area. Are there a lot of kids like park slope? Schools? What’s the food situation? Is it mainly just park + residences? Anything going on by the ft Hamilton stop? Can you see the ghosts wandering at night in the cemetery?

Any Tips for Beta Review Timelines?

I went to release a new build for my external testers and noticed that one from the week before was never approved… the actual app was running one build ahead of TestFlight… what’s the deal? I cancelled and submitted the latest build. Is 5 days normal? Why isnt it, like, automatic?
