unlabeled crossovers

i’m almost done with season 2 and I’ve watched a decent amount of svu.

first, both svu and organized crime are both great shows. my issue is that there is a lot that happens in svu and is in the “previously on..” scene. i wish there were at least obviously labeled episodes, not just random ones.

the story line is good I’m just getting frustrated from all the confusion.

any one feel the same way or recommend anything to make the story line more clear?

SVU S10 E3, Swing

the mountain that I’d die on is the differences between bpd and bipolar. both are horrible diseases. I was misdiagnosed with Bipolar 2, but i definitely have bpd. there are lots of differences in the disorders. the way “bipolar” or “bpd” is displayed in law & order SVU season 10 episode 3 is confusing and frustrating. it sounds like the characters in question have bpd not bipolar. does anyone agree or have they seen this episode?

I get triggered when the diseases are mislabeled and poorly represented. like I said both are are hard to live with, but I personally want the disorders well represented because the treatments can be different and people deserve to be heard correctly. idk maybe I’m dramatic, but it makes me upset.
