Appropriate cyproterone + E dose for a 14 y/o?

https://www.reddit.com/r/transsex/s/XopT0ImXx0 <- Apparently in Greece you can buy 2mg estradiol valerate and 10mg cyproterone pills OTC. What would be the correct dose for a 14 y/o who's just starting E?

I read the Endocrine Society guidelines (https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/102/11/3869/4157558?login=false) and they said this:

"Induction of female puberty with oral 17β-estradiol, increasing the dose every 6 mo:  5 μg/kg/d  10 μg/kg/d  15 μg/kg/d  20 μg/kg/d  Adult dose = 2–6 mg/d  In postpubertal transgender female adolescents, the dose of 17β-estradiol can be increased more rapidly:   1 mg/d for 6 mo   2 mg/d"

2mg/day for a grown adult and less than 1mg for a teen sounds like WAY too little to me. My gf and I think that 4mg/day (one pill in the morning, one at night) and 10mg cypro/day are better. Are we missing something??? Is it possible that the correct dose is so mfing low??

How do i help my mtf gf get on hrt? (Greece)

I'm 15 FTM, and I've been DIYing since I was 13. I've become an expert in DIYing by this point, however I don't know much about MTF HRT. I want to help my gf get on E, she very much wants to but in our country, she could probably never do it the legal way. She's 14 and tanner stage 3-4, also she lives in Greece. Could she buy estrogen pills OTC here? Can you even do monotherapy with pills or gel? What should we do?

Update: 15 y/o trans boy trying to get HRT in Bavaria

For context: https://www.reddit.com/r/germantrans/s/aW7WktpQwd

My mom and I went to the clinic in Ulm, they told us that their waiting list is a YEAR AND A HALF long for a single endo appointment. So they recommended we go to my pediatrician (who btw has only ever treated my brother. I've never seen him in my life) and ask him for an endo referral letter.

My mom went alone today while I was at school, and he instantly gave us the letter + he called us an hour ago to inform us of a greek-speaking endo who has experience in trans healthcare and could see me as early as mid September. This is going much better than I expected, honestly. My mom is half-convinced I only got this appointment cause everyone in this story is Greek, and we stick together lol.

Tldr: I got an endo appointment for HRT in mid September GOD BLESS GREEKS🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🦅🦅🦅🦅 (AOK was also surprisingly useful)

Please help me get on T... again

I'm so fucking ashamed to be here again asking for a favor but yeah. I turn 15 in a week, I was on DIY T for about 7 months then my parents took it away again. You can check my profile for the full story, tldr they've taken it away from me plenty of times. I can't get bitcoin in any way. I've tried basically everything. I can't leave my house unsupervised since they caught me and I can feel estrogen raping me again and God I wanna die. Every second I spend without T in my system brings me closer to death.

If you have any ideas on how I could get bitcoin without a credit card or a bitcoin ATM I'd greatly appreciate it. If you want to buy me a vial please do, I will repay you as soon as I can in any way that i can

I need advice regarding HRT & hospitals as a minor (Bavaria)

Hi! I'm a 15 year old (technically I turn 15 in a week) trans boy who moved to Munich from my home country 9 months ago. I'm posting here cause I really don't know who to ask about this. Also I speak very very limited German.

I used to be on DIY HRT for about 6-7 months but my parents took it away about 3 weeks ago. So my mom and I are trying to figure out how I could get legal HRT as quick as possible. Without T my mental state has gotten horrible so I'm trying to figure out how to get back on it as soon as possible.

Today we went to the LMU child/adolescent psychiatric clinic to ask what we could do. The receptionist didn't speak english so communicating was really difficult. She directed us to the Universitätsklinikum Ulm, because apparently they have something akin to a mini gender clinic for adolescents and they could treat me there. Has anyone had any experience there? Cause the research I've done tells me that they gatekeep a lot and the waiting lists are really big.
I absolutely cannot afford to wait too long, I'm losing my mind.
some other questions i have are:

 • Will my prior DIY experience change anything? I also got blood tests done in my home country 3 weeks ago, could I show them the results to speed the process up?
 • Can I skip the psychiatric or the endocrinological evaluation for these reasons?
 • Do these hospitals actually precribe HRT to minors or will they just have me doing therapy for years?
 • What does the whole process look like, if you've been through it?
 • How do I get legal HRT as humanly quick as possible??
