Hey everyone! Quick espresso setup + coffee question:

I’m trying to figure out what size puck screen I should get for my machine—planning to use it for both single and double shots. If anyone has the same (or similar) setup, I’d really appreciate recommendations on sizing.

Also, is the stock tamper that comes with the machine good enough, or is it worth upgrading to a separate one?

On the coffee side, I’ve been really enjoying the Whole Foods Organic Early Bird Blend lately. I think I prefer lighter roasts over darker ones, but I’m still figuring out my taste. Would love any recommendations for similar coffees to try!
