Pretty sure they just went over the old tile and didn’t want to move the urinal. It’s a dive bar so it was still an improvement. Sorta.

This is truly a one-of-a-kind item. Was at penland craft school in NC and bartered for it. I made a box for her, she made me this. Together with my chopsticks every camp meal tastes better.

Collapsable chopsticks. I mean why would I need titanium handled chopsticks with bamboo tines? Why is saving 4 inches meaningful? Why when they’re twice as heavy as normal chopsticks? I’ll tell you why. Because they’re silly and I love them. Picked them up in Japan many years ago and still use them whenever I can.

Been wearing this for a couple months now and really enjoying how the band starts stiff as heck and then breaks in. I like the minimal BS dial. I like the full day display. I like that it’s not the sort of watch non-watch people will notice. Love the tactile quality. Would rather it wasn’t a swatch brand, but I can get past that. As a Swiss watch, it doesn’t stand out when I’m wearing a t-shirt or hoodie most of the time. It’s not as heavy as a dive watch, but heavy enough to let you know it’s there. It’s not fancy, and that’s a good thing for a field watch. It’s not so expensive that it’s precious and I worry about damaging it. Overall, it’s a watch that fits my lifestyle. No regrets

After months of research I’ve settled on khaki king for my GADA daily wear watch. Doesn’t look fancy but is fancy. But most importantly it boldly declares what day it is because I can’t keep up. Goes well with VanLife or a suit.
