High mileage or Certified Pre owned?

I’m planning on buying a 2015 XC70 T6 and I’m trying to figure out whether it would be worth it to buy a XC70 with 200k miles for around 4-5k knowing I will have to dump a decent amount of money into it for repairs/ maintenance. Or do I buy a Volvo Certified Pre owned with 100k miles on it for 13k?

I’ve been working a job where we take these machines to liquor stores and engrave bottles for customers using these machines. I made there any health risks involved?

Today I wiped off some glass residue from the inside of the machine and it was floating around and it got me thinking is there any precautions I should take doing this?
