Who else calls their dog everything except their actual name?

Meet Moses. Aka bubba, bubba boy, bubbi, momo, uggie (don't ask why, it just happened and it stuck lol) , honey bear, bear boy ... the list goes on and on. We only call him Moses about 10% of the time (which is when he's in trouble lol)

My best friend Moses. Got him when he was just a wee pup (pic #5) and he just turned 8 last month

Time flies. I love this boy with my entire heart

2 months gym transformation (29 years old)

I'm turning 30 in August and 2 months ago I decided to truly lock in for the first time in my life. I want to see a strong body once I hit 30. Cleaned up my diet (been eating at a 300-400 calorie deficit daily), cardio 6 days a week, and weight training with calisthenics mixed in

Before I started this journey, I had already been doing daily push ups/ pull ups. So I already had some upper body strength hiding behind my body fat. I just leaned up a bit, started doing cardio, and started to take my weight training very seriously

(28) Inflamed, unhealthy, and uncomfortable in my own body, (29) cleaned up my diet, started taking my training seriously, and finally feeling myself again

I'm turning 30 this year and I had a sudden epiphany a few months ago that I wanted to see my body change before I hit 30.

First 2 pics I was uncomfortable with myself. My diet was horrible, my sleep schedule was bad, and I just wasn't feeling great overall. I always had a slight bit of anxiety throughout the day probably because I had all this excess energy from not being active.

Last few pics is when I decided to clean up my diet and take my training seriously. Cardio and weight training 5-6 days a week. It has dramatically improved both my physical health and my mental health. I now feel like myself again. In tune with my body and mind.

2 months of consistently working out

I'm turning 30 years old in August and around 2 months ago I started to take my training and diet seriously for the first time in my life. I don't want to be entering my 30's with a soft/flabby body, so I've been putting in the work everyday to ensure I don't.

The only thing I'm having trouble with at the moment is burning my belly fat. I know I'm only 2 months in, but it's been very difficult to see any transformation with my belly. I'm currently eating at a 400-500 calorie deficit. Maybe it just takes more time and I need to be patient. Still very pleased with my 2 month transformation
