Hi all, I am finishing up PGY1. I wanted to ask your thoughts on speaking on the phone in another language at work? Sometimes I have to step out to take these calls, so my coresidents think I am absent, when really i just need to take these phone calls in another language.

Hello all, I am visiting Owen Sound for the first time.
I am looking for something that isn't too difficult of a hike to get to. I want to get to the base of the falls (so not just view it from afar).
Please let me know which waterfall you guys suggest that is easy to get to the base/bottom. Thanks!
I am 1 year post-op from abdominal liposuction. I had a fat transfer to my breasts, so the liposuction was not my main procedure.
Around 2-3 months after getting liposuction, I noticed purple discolouration that worsened when I was cold, but never fully went away. To touch, my skin is completely smooth, no irregularities, lumps, stiffness, etc.
Does anyone know what this is?
Is it permanent?
How can I get rid of it?
