just on the brink of joining thapar in enc branch, a little confused about my choice. Although I am very interested and passionate about Cs but got this branch allotted.
hows the placement situation in enc??? (average pakage n all)
do enc students have as many opportunities as cse?
whats the internship situation? do people get any paid internships in 3rd year?
I have heard jaypee provide good placement also its in noida and education and academics is strict and good
still confused which one to choose, heave heard IIT bombay has a slightly better name and reputation tho

i have heard ki mait ki placements are shit
and even thapar is downgrading.
getting electronics and computer at thapar
and might get any cs related branch at mait
fee is a factor not like ki parents can’t afford thapar (loan not required) but still 34 lakhs at thapar a lot
gotta take a pg if go with mait. idk confused as hell

but parents are like ki vaha ka drug culture bohot hai and crowd bohot bekar aur nashedi cause of punjab me hai university. also shit hight fee
other options for me are to take drop (idk drop leke bhi kya krunga) or take some non cs branch at jiit noida sector 62.
